As a licensed naturopathic doctor, I am passionate about supporting my patients in addressing all of their health concerns in a holistic way. I received my certification from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, and am certified in intravenous therapy, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and acupuncture as well as holding prescription rights.
Before attending medical school I achieved my bachelor of science from SFU in molecular biology and biochemistry. During this time I was involved in research which focused on neurodegenerative diseases (Including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, frontotemporal dementia). As a result of this work I received multiple scholarships and have been published on several research papers. After working in a research lab for three years I realized that my true calling was working one-on-one with people to address their individual health concerns. I truly feel that this experience has contributed to my appreciation for ensuring my patients receive evidence-based treatment plans.
During an initial visit with me you can expect to have a full health history taken where all concerns can be discussed. There will also be a physical exam, labs, and an initial treatment plan. The treatment plan may include lifestyle changes, nutrition recommendations, botanical medicines, supplements, acupuncture, and more.
Areas of focus:
Hormone balancing
Mental health concerns
Autoimmune conditions
Digestion concerns
In addition to working as a naturopathic doctor I also currently teach anatomy and physiology to massage therapy students at Vancouver Career College. This allows me to practice the naturopathic principle “doctor as teacher” and maintain my knowledge of the complexity of the human body.

For the first time in 5 years Polo Health has had to make some price modifications to stay current with the rising costs that we are being faced with. There have recently been steep increases on medical supplies and injectables, and as such, we have had to raise the prices on select services and treatments.
We have, and always will, remain mindful of these price increases and how they impact your ability to continue receiving treatment. We strive to keep our prices affordable to allow for ease of access, and will continue doing so.
Please be assured we hope and plan to maintain these prices moving forward as best we can. What you can expect is a $5.00 to $15.00 increase on select services and treatments. The front desk team will be able to specify which treatments and services this applies to.
We thank you for all your continued support, we truly appreciate you and are grateful for that. We will continue to provide the best level of care and support moving forward.
Cheer and all the best in 2022.
Thank you from the entire Polo Health and Longevity Centre Team
