During this exceptionally difficult time we have been closely monitoring what the public health officials have been sharing, and with that in mind, we are making important changes to the services we are offering at Polo Health + Longevity Centre.
At this time all non-essential visits have been moved to telephone consults and telemedicine.
Our front desk is open and available to help with your supplement needs, and for booking telephone appointments. As well, our pharmacy is open for all prescriptions. Hours are Monday-Friday 9:30am –5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. If you wish to pick up supplements, please call ahead so we can get them ready for your pickup. If you are on the Pound-A-Day program, we encourage you to pick up your weekly B-12 shots so you can self-administer them at home. Dr. Polo and Dr. Kassam will follow up weekly by phone for the duration of your program and/or until we reopen for in-clinic visits. As the situation is changing rapidly, we want to make sure all of our patients are taken care of both physically and mentally. We continue to follow the situation closely and will continue to keep you all updated. Call in to book phone consults, refill your prescriptions, and pick-up any supplements you may need.
