Carrying excess weight impacts more than just your physical health. You feel drained emotionally because you constantly feel bad about the way you look. As you struggle to move, resist your cravings or dress a body you aren’t sure how you came to have, you feel exhausted by sadness and frustration.
Does this sound familiar?
Negative feelings may drive us to unhealthy measures, like riding the diet roller coaster, desperately slashing calories and choosing diets and exercise programs that put our bodies at risk for injury, exhaustion and vitamin depletion. Chronic dieting wrecks havoc on our metabolism, which only makes it harder and harder to lose weight and maintain a healthy size.
There is a better way.
Our medically supervised weight loss programs combine lifestyle modification techniques with the best science can offer us. Through our safe and effective programs, hundreds of patients have lost significant amounts of weight, and maintained their weight loss after finding the guidance and support in our community to permanently change their health outcomes.

Scientific research first completed by Dr. Simeons identified that a natural hormone in the body promotes the mobilization of fat stores from certain target areas of the body. The resulting diet combines the intake of this hormone with a low calorie diet. This works by burning up fat stores so it preserves muscle mass; a low calorie diet alone will see you burning muscle alongside fat. Amazingly, those on the diet report very little hunger because the hormone is burning existing fat for energy. It creates an ideal environment for shedding a lot of weight in a short amount of time; we typically* see weight loss of a pound a day in men, and half a pound a day in women. *Results vary depending on your adherence to the program, and whether any underlying health issues are present.
This diet is entirely safe, it is a hormone that is naturally produced in the body of pregnant women to enable the metabolization of fat for the benefit of the fetus. It is also present in the male body, in smaller amounts and is often used, in greater quantities, for the treatment of certain problems of the female reproductive system and in stimulating ovulation in women who have difficulty becoming pregnant. It is safe for men as well. It is not currently recognized by Health Canada as a weight loss tool, though it has been shown to produce this result for many patients since it was first used in this way in 1954.
This diet is right for you if you want to lose a lot of weight in a short time period. It is ideally used as a kick-start to a weight loss journey that includes a life-time of maintenance. You must be ready to make significant lifestyle changes that include,
