As a licensed naturopathic doctor, I am passionate about supporting my patients in addressing all of their health concerns in a holistic way. I received my certification from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, and am certified in intravenous therapy, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and acupuncture as well as holding prescription rights.
Before attending medical school I achieved my bachelor of science from SFU in molecular biology and biochemistry. During this time I was involved in research which focused on neurodegenerative diseases (Including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, frontotemporal dementia). As a result of this work I received multiple scholarships and have been published on several research papers. After working in a research lab for three years I realized that my true calling was working one-on-one with people to address their individual health concerns. I truly feel that this experience has contributed to my appreciation for ensuring my patients receive evidence-based treatment plans.
During an initial visit with me you can expect to have a full health history taken where all concerns can be discussed. There will also be a physical exam, labs, and an initial treatment plan. The treatment plan may include lifestyle changes, nutrition recommendations, botanical medicines, supplements, acupuncture, and more.
Areas of focus:
Hormone balancing
Mental health concerns
Autoimmune conditions
Digestion concerns
In addition to working as a naturopathic doctor I also currently teach anatomy and physiology to massage therapy students at Vancouver Career College. This allows me to practice the naturopathic principle “doctor as teacher” and maintain my knowledge of the complexity of the human body.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late CANCELLATION or NO-SHOW leaves an unfilled gap in the practitioner's schedule that could have been filled by another patient in need. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any CANCELLATION or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or NO SHOW their appointment, will be charged a CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW fee of $100 to the card on file. We understand that emergencies happen, but we kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can continue to provide consistent care to all patients.
No other appointment will be booked until this fee is paid.
Appointments are subject to change as per practitioner’s schedule
