Scientific research first completed by Dr. Simeons identified that a natural hormone in the body promotes the mobilization of fat stores from certain target areas of the body. The resulting diet combines the intake of this hormone with a low calorie diet. This works by burning up fat stores so it preserves muscle mass; a low calorie diet alone will see you burning muscle alongside fat. Amazingly, those on the diet report very little hunger because the hormone is burning existing fat for energy. It creates an ideal environment for shedding a lot of weight in a short amount of time; we typically* see weight loss of a pound a day in men, and half a pound a day in women. *Results vary depending on your adherence to the program, and whether any underlying health issues are present.
